Warranty

Your TUUL Watch comes with a two year warranty for all watches purchased on tuulwatches.com and to the original buyer only. The warranty starts following the date of purchase on the supplied and numbered ‘Guarantee Card’. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased watch. The watch movement, hands, and dial are the only parts covered during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover case, crystal, crown, and strap and buckle. Those and any other parts may be repaired for a charge that will be determined by our repair department. If these parts are determined to be damaged due to material defects they will be replaced free of charge. If parts are not available at the time of service we reserve the right to exchange the watch with one of similar style and value. Please note that a $30.00 return shipping fee will be charged to all warranty service in CONUS. The return freight for international services will depend on the location.

The Warranty does not cover:

Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided.

Normal wear and tear and aging such as scratched crystal, worn straps, dinged cases, etc.

Water damage due to negligence by not securing the crown as per instructions.

Casebacks that were opened by watchmakers or anyone other than Tuul Watches' service department.

Product that was purchased on the secondary market.

We suggest that any watches shipped back to us are shipped insured and using a tracking method as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
