Return Policy
14 Day Money Back Returns
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you would like to return your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to qualify for an exchange or a refund. Refunds are for the original purchased amount minus any shipping and processing fees. Due to new policy by payment processors, cancelled orders will also be subject to processing fee deductions. All returned items must be in new and unused condition in the same way that they were received. Any watches or accessories that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted. Returned items must include all the original packaging including watch manuals, warranty cards, tools, cases. and plastic protective coverings.
Authorization & Shipping
Before you ship your return, please contact us at sales@tuulwatches.com to get authorization and instructions for your return. You will need authorization so that we can process your return and get your funds back to you as quickly as possible. When shipping back your return please carefully pack up the watch along with all its packaging in the same way it was received. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly recommend shipping with tracking and insurance as we do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
Processing Your Return
Upon receipt of your return our team will inspect your watch to be certain that it meets the requirements of our Return Policy. After your watch has passed inspection and been cleared for return, your refund will be processed and credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to show on your bank statement.
